Psychotherapy
I work with teenagers and adults navigating relationship struggles, emotional exhaustion, and the deeper questions of identity and connection. My clients are often high-achievers and creative people who find that success in one area of life doesn’t always translate to ease in their personal relationships — they may excel professionally or artistically while quietly struggling with conflict, closeness, or feeling truly known by the people they care about.
Relationship difficulties rarely exist in isolation. For many of my clients, patterns in their relationships connect to deeper threads — anxiety, self-doubt, a tendency to over-function or withdraw, or a lifelong sense of being somehow out of step with the world around them. Some are navigating these challenges alongside ADHD or other neurodivergent experiences that shape the way they communicate, process emotion, and show up for others.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of those patterns, and build a more grounded relationship with yourself and others. I work collaboratively and with genuine curiosity — meeting you where you are and helping you figure out not just what to change, but how.
I accept sliding scale and private pay under the supervision of Dr. Robert Cox. I am in-network with most commercial insurances through the Institute for Human Identity.
Executive Function Coaching
Coaching is goal-oriented work. Whether you’re a student managing competing demands, a professional struggling to keep up with your own ambitions, or a creative trying to finish the projects you start, we’ll work together to build a sustainable, effective plan to help you more forward.
I specialize in coaching high-functioning and neurodivergent adolescents and adults who are smart, capable, and consistently tripped up by the gap between intention and follow-through. We work on the practical stuff — organization, time management, task initiation, and building systems that fit how your brain actually works.
For my clients, success has looked like navigating a career transition, acceptance into an elite institution, finally finishing an album, or returning to a neglected artistic practice. I’m always honored to support people on the projects, changes, and journeys that excite them.
